Please try the following:
- Click the
Refresh button,
or bang on your computer tower until it sounds like it has started working
again.
- If you typed the page address in the Address
bar, make sure that you know how to spell correctly.

To check your connection status,
unplug
your PC completely and insert a screwdriver into the
direct
socket. Twist the screwdriver tightly until you hear a sizzle followed
by a loud snapping sound. Connection status should immediately become
apparent.
